Hawk Watch is an annual event in Ramona in January and February. It is hosted at a volunteers residence that overlooks the Ramona Grassland Preserve. In the preserve attendees might observe various raptures flying free. The Hawk Watch event brings in captive animals that have been injured and can’t be returned to the wild. There are various displays setup and other organizations included as well as a falconry demonstration.
