From October 11 to 19 I was at Acadia National Park, joining a photo workshop for part of the stay. We managed to be there for the peak of fall color -- the trees were absolutely blazing and not many of the leaves had fallen yet. The weather was perfect. We didn't have any spectacular sunrises or sunsets, but we also had no rain.

We stayed at the Cadillac Inn in Bar Harbor. Each day we were out the door by 5:45 a.m. to catch the sunrise and didn't return until around 7:00 p.m., long after the last light had left the sky.
