Duncans Mills is a charming small town north of San Francisco, tucked close to the Sonoma coast. The town hosts two events well worth catching — a rodeo and a Civil War reenactment. The rodeo features all the classic events: barrel racing, calf roping, bronc riding, and bull riding. It's a small but lively venue, and the cool ocean breeze makes for a very comfortable afternoon of watching the action.
