I don't remember how I found out about it, but the Los Angeles Cinerama theater was having a special event. They were showing "This is Cinerama" and "How the West was Won" with the original projection equipment. In the lobby they also had an original camera used to shoot the special format. Cinerama used three cameras and three projects to show a super wide image.

I went up to LA for the day as the show was in the evening. I decided to go up early and visit the area. I went to the La Brea Tar Pits and checked out the museum first and then the LA County Art Museum that is located in the same area.
